It's in a great spot and close to lots of walks, the Jurassic coast and a great little local village pub. As mentioned in previous reviews, the bed mattresses are not very comfortable and the metal bed frames creak when you move, they let down what is otherwise an excellent level of facilities throughout the rest of the cottage. One of the nicest cottages we have stayed in.

It was clean and tidy and the welcome basket (including dog treats) was lovely! The pub where we ate most nights was a 2 minute walk and the staff are very friendly. Itâs a very quiet spot where you can go just to relax, not too far in the car to the sea. If Iâm being picky I agree with the other reviews that the metal beds and mattresses are uncomfortable and all 5 of us didnât sleep that well, but we really did love the cottage itself.

The only quibble is that the entrance to the driveway is extremely tight.
