Seaview - Beer is a well-renovated, cosy cottage praised for its peaceful location, lovely views, and proximity to Beer high street and beach. Guests appreciate the modern amenities, well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor seating area. The property is ideal for coastal walks and visiting local attractions, though access may challenge those with mobility issues.
The property generally exceeds expectations in cleanliness, with only a minor mention of cobwebs. Overall, guests find it comfortable and clean.
The location is highly regarded for its quietness, views, and short walk to the village and beach, despite the steep hill which may not suit everyone.
The property is considered cosy and comfortable, though there are comments about small and uncomfortable sofas, and a small second bedroom which may be more suitable for children.
Facilities like the well-equipped kitchen and washing machine are appreciated, but there is no sufficient information on maintenance to provide a score.
While guests have not mentioned gifts, the lack of Christmas decorations for a festive stay was noted. It's important to remember that such personal touches, while delightful, are not guaranteed.

Very comfortable cottage a bit up the hill from Beer
Mrs Try
A lovely place to stay with good facilities (particularly liked the speed wash setting on the washing machine!!). Loved the upstairs patio area as it caught the sun at the right times for sitting out to read my book! Close to the village shop (very well stocked) and the beach. Highly recommend.
