Seaview - Beer is a well-regarded cottage in Devon, praised for its peaceful location, lovely views, and modern amenities. Guests appreciate the proximity to Beer village and the beach, as well as the property's cleanliness and comfort. While access may be challenging for some due to a steep incline, the cottage's charm and well-equipped facilities contribute to a highly recommended stay.

The property generally exceeds expectations in cleanliness, though a minor note was made regarding cobwebs. Overall, guests find the cottage to be well-maintained.

The location is highly praised for its quietness, proximity to Beer village, and lovely views. The steep hill access is noted, which may not suit everyone.

The property is considered comfortable, with a well-heated house and modern bathrooms. Some guests found the sofas small and uncomfortable, and one bedroom was noted as being tight for two adults.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. However, there were suggestions for improvement such as better sofas and a larger TV.

While guests have not specifically mentioned gifts, there was an expectation for Christmas decorations which was not met. As such, it's important to note that while thoughtful touches are appreciated, they are not guaranteed.

Wow, what a location. Beautiful gardens and trees, a picturesque view of the sea, and a well-heated house in November! We particularly liked the modern bathrooms and comfortable bedroom. There’s a great coffee table and dining table for board games and seating outdoors too. Beer is such a beautiful little village and we loved our long weekend here.

Comfortable cottage, ideal for 2 as 2nd bedroom very tight. Parking was a challenge with the steep drive. Would recommend property but needs to be made clear of the steep access especially for people with health conditions & or mobility problems
