The fifth is a master with a super king four poster bed, a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden, and a contemporary en-suite bathroom with decadent double shower. Two family bathrooms are also on this floor, along with a shower room downstairs.

Perfectly positioned just 400 metres from the beach, Beer’s pebble shore and clear water is within easy walking distance which means sea swims and beach walks can be savoured at any time of the day. The village itself is just a few minutes’ walk from the front door and here you’ll find a terrific pub, The Anchor Inn, Beer Village Store where you can pick up fresh produce, gift and clothing shops, and a gallery. Nearby, the lovely towns of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth offer ample choice for dining out, as well as walking routes along the coast path, fossil finding expeditions and shopping sprees.
