The house was well equipped and ideal for a large group, the listing really doesnât do the property justice. We called Sykes during our stay and they were responsive and helpful too - thank you. Colyton is a lovely village and the Fernery was a good base to visit a lovely part of Devon. The welcome gift was also a nice touch.
Linda
Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful well maintained garden. The grandchildren loved playing in it. We parked in the town car park and discovered very efficient electric car charging. We had a great holiday. Thank you.
Suzy
Huge garden, beautifully maintained. We liked the fact that 2 of the bedrooms were separate from the main house. The garden flat got hot but thereâs a much needed air con unit. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of games for the kids. The kids loved the tv in the bathroom wall.
