3 miles from Musbury village, whichever way you get to the cottage is via long single track roads, however these are quiet roads. The cottage was clean and tidy, basic facilities as described but it does have WiFi which pleased the children, this should be advertised which would help sales I feel especially for families and the fact the phone signal is not the best. Overall a nice little cottage which I would use again. Lastly a nice touch was the treats bag with tea and biscuits, small milk in fridge. Thank you very much.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and in a beautiful countryside position. Just two little gripes: there was a double and two twin beds, so we expected crockery etc for at least 4 people - in reality there were only 2 dishes and 3 forks, and a shortage of cutlery in general. The other issue is the WiFi. To be fair, the Sykes holiday site said there was none, but as one of the reviews mentioned that there was working WiFi, I checked through Sykes online chat before I booked and was told there was WiFi. In reality there was none, which made things a little difficult. I think these issues could easily be rectified and I certainly wouldn't want to put anyone off going there, overall it was lovely.

The welcome pack was a lovely and unexpected bonus. Super tea and coffee. The location was truly beautiful. We had wonderful walks and visited some super locations around the area, Beer for one, was so pretty. I would say the kitchen was very good, new and pretty much everything needed was there maybe a bit short on crockery if there were 4 people. The settee was definitely not very comfy and rather small, TV is tiny. A reasonable size one on the wall would be good and an electric wood look fire would give a cosy and homely feel. Bathroom was good plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Bed was rather small for us so not as comfy as we would have liked. We are used to a 5â bed as itâs a bit longer too. A few coat hooks downstairs by the door would be good. The weather was not good at all for our first few days so we did spend a bit longer in the house than we planned. The info on booking states no Wi-Fi we were pleased to find that there was and it worked well for us.
