Guests say

Guests consistently praise the spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully refurbished property, highlighting its comfortable beds and multiple communal areas. The proximity to the beach, park, and local amenities in Seaton is frequently appreciated, as is the property's suitability for families. While some minor maintenance issues are mentioned, the overall experience is reported as wonderful, with many looking forward to returning.

The property is repeatedly described as clean and immaculate, indicating a high standard of cleanliness. One mention of an unclean patio affected by seagulls is noted, but it does not detract significantly from the overall positive feedback.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, park, and local attractions. The convenience for families and the ease of accessing nearby towns and eateries contribute to a high score, despite some concerns about parking.

Comfort is a strong point, with guests finding the beds and sofas very comfortable and the house spacious enough to accommodate large groups. The flexibility of the accommodation is also commended.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the house being well-equipped and offering a welcome pack. However, some issues with heating, radiators, and a lack of bathroom locks are mentioned, as well as a need for more front door keys.

While guests mention a welcome pack, there are not enough details to assess the consistency or quality of thoughtfulness across stays. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that such gifts will always be provided, and the score is set to null.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Loads of room and flexibility. Large, comfortable rooms and great facilities. Super location for the town and beach, with the park just outside for the children.

Only downside was when all showers are being used, the water boiler didn’t refill as fast as it was being used.
