Brand new for 2021, this wooden glamping pod is tucked away in a quiet setting in the grounds of the owner’s home, in the rural village of Shute, close to the coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis. A 5 minute drive will bring you to the small market town of Colyton which has shops, inns and the picturesque River Coly. Enjoy wonderful countryside views while sitting out the front of this stylish alternative holiday accommodation, with everything you would need for a little rural getaway. There is underfloor heating throughout so this should be a popular choice for all seasons.

Open plan living/dining and bedroom

Beds: 1 Double.

Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen & towels provided for free at the property. 

Accessibility: Flat entrance from car park, 3 small steps up to property. All on one level once inside. 

Kitchen & Utilities: Microwave, ceramic hotplate, half size fridge freezer and sink. Built in storage units with baskets. Wall mounted TV.

Nearest beach: 5 miles.

Nearest amenities: 2.5 miles.

Outdoors: Decked area to the front of the pod with bistro set, lawned garden with sun loungers and BBQ.

Parking: Parking for 1 car in owners driveway

Family facilities: None provided. 

Pets: 2 Dogs allowed

General: Free WiFi provided however due to location it can be slow, All fuel is inclusive, Underfloor heating throughout

Important notes: No Smoking. Short breaks available. Wifi available, although can be slow. Arr/Dep day is Monday/Friday. Infants up to the age of two are welcome .

Location and Area:The popular small seaside town of Seaton with superb beach, Esplanade, harbour, shops, cafes, restaurants and golf course are all just over a 15 minute drive away.

Spectacular cliff top walks on this Jurassic Coast to the pretty fishing village of Beer and onto the seaside village of Branscombe, surrounded by National Trust land.

The coastal town of Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb of the ‘French Lieutenant’s Women’ fame, interesting individual specialist shops and cinema is only a 15 minute drive over the Devon border into Dorset. The small thriving market town of Axminster, famous for the Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall ‘River Cottage Canteen’, shops and weekly street market is just a 10 minute drive away.

A unique, most convenient and relaxing location for exploring the delights of this pretty area.
