Descend several steps beside an ornate black metal railing to find yourself in the kitchen diner, a spacious area where you will be inspired to cook with the whole family in the amply fitted space, before presenting it on the wooden dining table. Plenty of space and well furnished. It was really well located for dog walks, with routes around forests and the lim path down to town or the sea. Our only niggle was road noise. Effort had gone into sound proofing the bedrooms but the windows in the bathrooms were hard to close meaning noise still got in.

Handy bus stop across the road and lots of lovely walks for our dog. The walk alone the river to Lyme Regis is a must. The private parking space just across the lane is a God send. Weâll be back.
