This delightful lodge chalet is the perfect romantic retreat and benefits from stunning views from the terrace and private hot tub. You can spend the days and evenings spotting local wildlife and viewing fabulous sunsets. You are just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter with its wide range of amenities, including restaurants, shops and bars. The property is ideally located for exploring Dartmoor National Park, with parts of the park accessible within 15 miles. The Devon coast, including the English Riviera (27 miles) at Torbay and the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site at Exmouth (13.5 miles), is well worth touring. As you enter the lodge from its terraced balcony, you ll find it difficult to turn away from the mesmerising countryside views. Inside, you ll be welcomed into the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space, with its well equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge, microwave and sliding doors. Settle down onto the comfortable sofa and watch the TV whilst occasionally glancing at the gorgeous countryside views through the doors. When nighttime comes, move through to the rear of the lodge, where the double bedroom with en suite shower room and WC awaits. Outside, there is a private hot tub to spend your evenings soaking aching muscles. Enjoy some al fresco dining or your favourite tipple at the bistro set on the terrace area. Need to know: 1 double bedroom. 1 en suite shower room with WC. Gas hob, fridge and microwave. Please note this property does not have an oven. Smart TV in lounge. Terraced balcony area with seating.
