Court Cottage is a charming detached Grade II listed cottage situated in the centre of the sought after picturesque award winning village of Berrynarbor. The property has been furnished to a lovely standard and benefits from a woodburner in the cosy front room. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor along with the bathroom, and the further two bedrooms are on the first floor. Outside Court Cottage has a wonderfully kept lawned garden with patio area for alfresco dining or just relaxing with a drink. The surrounding countryside is home to an abundance of wildlife and nature lovers will just love exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer, including Exmoor National Park, Lynton and Lynmouth and not forgetting North Devon’s wonderful beaches

Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
