As you enter this delightful barn via the raised decked balcony you find yourself in the entrance area with ample space for coats shoes and boots before stepping up to the impressive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner offering space and contemporary styling. Well equipped with everything you need the comfy sofas and the Smart TV beckons you to relax and put your feet up. In the beams is a large wooden box which for the past two years they have had owls nesting in. The dining area allows everyone to sit together whilst preparing food in the well fitted kitchen area. The other bedroom has a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) this room also has a en suite but with the added benefit of a bath, separate shower and WC. Stepping outside from the living space is a large, decked balcony with garden table and chairs and offering views of Exmoor, which can be enjoyed from the hot tub. Steps lead down to an enclosed gated garden area. A short walk from the cottage is a private dog exercise field, which your four legged friend will love! There is ample parking. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 super king, 1 super king size (zip and link beds can be made into twins in advance). 2 bathrooms 1 en suite shower room with WC, 1 en suite with bath, separate shower and WC. Range style electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Travel cot and highchair available. Smart TV in the lounge. Enclosed rear garden with raised decked balcony private hot tub and garden furniture. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Designated private field available for exercising dogs a short walk from the cottage. Outside hose available for washing off muddy paws. Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the perimeter fence of the property (livestock in surrounding fields). Please note, nesting barn owls can not be guaranteed. Beach 17 miles, pub and shop 1.5 miles.
