Guests say

Guests have consistently praised the chalet for its cleanliness, comfortable amenities, and the welcoming staff. The location is appreciated for its quietness and proximity to local attractions. The thoughtful touches, such as a welcome pack and pet towels, have been well-received, enhancing the overall experience.

The chalet is frequently described as very clean and well-presented, with several reviews highlighting the spotless condition upon arrival. One review suggested improvement for the sofa and chair, but this seems an isolated comment.

The location is praised for being perfect for quiet retreats and its proximity to local areas of interest. The scenic views and the convenience for dog walking are also appreciated.

Overall, guests find the chalet comfortable, with good bedding and a well-equipped setting. However, there is a single mention of the sofa and chair not being very appealing, which suggests room for improvement in comfort.

While the reviews mention a welcome pack and the cleanliness of the chalet, there is insufficient information to accurately score the facilities and maintenance as a whole, such as the state of the kitchen appliances, entertainment options, or other amenities.

Guests have noted and appreciated the thoughtful gestures, such as the welcome box and milk in the fridge. It should be noted that while these gifts are mentioned positively, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed for every stay.

The lodge had everything you’d possibly need and more!! Situated in a lovely location with Combe Martin beach and shops within walking distance and lots more by a short car journey. Check in process was very quick and easy. The lodge was spotlessly clean. Thank you so much we’ll sure be back to make more memories

If i were to make any sugestions they would be the following. 1. Maybe get some draught beer in the bar instead of just bottles. But i appreciate that you need to sell quite a bit to justify this. 2. Definetly get some dog waste bins around the field where the dogs are walked as i couldn’t find any at all! 3. Maybe get some recycle bins a bit closer to the chalets.
