This smartly restored and recently extended 1930s home is comfortable and well-equipped with good-sized rooms and lots of space, tiled/wood floors downstairs, carpets upstairs. An enclosed garden surrounds the house: on the seaward side with lovely views, a sun deck/terrace (tables/chairs, gas barbecue), great for alfresco dining and sundowners/sunsets, with 8 steps down to flower and shrub-bordered lawn below and side gate to footpath; two further patios, one each side of the house, and raised, lawned area behind (steps up from drive) offer more spots to relax and enjoy all-day sun. Footpaths from the door join the Coast Path and wind down (some steep steps) to Rockham Cove.
