Guests consistently praise the Seashore apartment for its superb location opposite Woolacombe Beach, cleanliness, and well-equipped nature. The property is described as comfortable, with a special mention of the sea views and proximity to local amenities. While parking challenges and a late check-in time are noted, the overall experience is very positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
The apartment receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotless' and 'well maintained'. Only one comment suggested cleaning under the bed could be improved, indicating a generally high standard of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for being directly opposite the beach and central to Woolacombe's amenities. Guests appreciate the convenience and the partial sea views, contributing to the property's appeal.
Comfort is generally well-regarded, with mentions of a 'cozy feel', 'comfortable beds', and a 'lovely cozy feel'. However, some guests found the mattress hard and the sofa bed uncomfortable, which slightly lowers the score.
Facilities are appreciated, with the apartment being described as well-equipped and having everything needed. There are some concerns about maintenance, such as a noisy fridge and worn appliances, which affect the score.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the provision of standard amenities, so it is not possible to score this category.

I was very happy to see the sea view from both the bedroom and from the dining area. The whole set of apartments have a communal stairway but there wasn't any noise at all coming from any of the other flats. The position was so central to amenities and more importantly the beach. The flat itself was very pleasant with everything you could want. I felt very comfortable there. There were however, a few cobwebs about. My only concern is the parking spot. It is clear to find but is on a steep slope so make sure that you put your car in first gear to avoid a rolling car!

Was nice to hear the waves breaking in the morning and evening. We will definitely be looking at returning.
