Guests have praised 'Waves' for its high standard of renovation, comfort, and well-equipped nature, offering a home from home experience with sea views. The property's modern amenities and thoughtful touches, such as games and a Nintendo Switch, have been well-received. While some minor cleanliness and maintenance issues were noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
Most guests found the property to be exceptionally clean and in immaculate condition. However, a few noted minor cleanliness issues such as dead insects and unclean floors upon arrival, slightly affecting the score.
The property boasts lovely sea views and is close to the beach, making it a great base for coastal walks. Some concerns were raised about its position within a holiday park and proximity to a main road, which could affect tranquillity during peak season.
Guests have consistently remarked on the comfortable furnishings and the peaceful atmosphere of the property, particularly highlighting the quality of the beds and the quietness of the bedrooms.
The property is celebrated for its contemporary design and modern facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and entertainment options. Some guests suggested improvements such as non-slip mats and clearer instructions for heating, but overall, the facilities are highly regarded.
Reviewers appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as children's games, biscuits on arrival, and entertainment options. While these gifts enhance the experience, it's important to note that such personal touches may vary and are not guaranteed.

The main bed was extremely comfortable, never slept so well, great choice of mattress and duvet, thank you. Unfortunately there is a smell of damp in there but I think that is the style of property and it certainly didnât spoil our stay. The kitchen is compact but has everything required and more. Great taste on plates, mugs, glasses etc and decor. Unfortunately no space for a proper table and chairs apart from outside (which isnât great if raining) but what is there is acceptable. The bathroom is fab, enjoyed a soak and shower facilities. The back of the property is fine and has a fab view of the sea, very relaxing. The front of the property needs attention on the grass bank as it hasnât been cut down and looks messy but you donât spend anytime there just enter the property. We noticed on another review that someone had mentioned it wasnât a very friendly place with residents, we would say this is a very quiet place but we spoke with 3 different residents who were very friendly and open. Overall we would love to be able to stay here again and thank Adam and Sarah for making this possible, you have definitely made the most of this property and we felt very welcome as soon as we walked in.
