11 Ridge Hill is a well-appointed property in Dartmouth, praised for its cleanliness, stylish decor, and prime location close to amenities. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the thoughtful touches that enhance the stay. While parking challenges and occasional maintenance issues are noted, the property's charm and convenience often outweigh these concerns.
The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with most guests finding it spotless. However, a few reviews mention issues such as dust, dirt in specific areas, and dog hairs, suggesting room for improvement.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to local amenities and the centre of Dartmouth. The steep hill and parking difficulties are noted, but the convenience of the location is a significant plus for most guests.
Guests find the property comfortable, with cosy furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. Some guests mention uncomfortable sofas and beds, and issues with showers, which slightly detract from the overall comfort.
Facilities are generally appreciated, especially the kitchen and garden BBQ. However, guests report maintenance issues such as problems with heating, hot water, and cleanliness of outdoor furniture, which affects the score.
While guests mention lovely touches and a welcome pack, there is insufficient information to determine the consistency of these gestures or their impact on the overall experience. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

Older or less physically able folk should be aware that itâs on a steep hill, not too bad for walking but loading and unloading a car is not easy on the hill as you effectively block the road. However for us it was a great space, well appointed and kitted out. Lovely to base from and lovely to be in! Definitely recommend a will happily return.

It had everything we needed. And lovely touches. Welcome pack was great. Gorgeous comfy beds. Loved the small outside space. Had to give all the outside furniture a clean first though and a bit of a tidy up . But I expect itâs hard to maintain. Would come back in a heartbeat. Our favourite place to stay now in Dartmouth. Didnât want to leave. Thank you
Margaret
The apartment is in an ideal position close to the shops and esplanade. It is spacious and clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The courtyard garden is a little sun trap, lovely for enjoying a morning coffee. As others have mentioned, parking is an issue in Dartmouth but we managed to find a space every day at the top of the hill.
