Guests consistently praise the apartment's prime location, cleanliness, and comfort. The property boasts well-maintained facilities, a lovely patio, and thoughtful touches like a welcome pack. While some minor maintenance issues and suggestions for additional kitchen items are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many guests eager to return.

Reviews frequently commend the property's cleanliness, with several guests describing it as 'spotless' and 'scrupulously clean'. A few minor comments about specific cleaning details suggest room for improvement, but the general consensus is that the apartment meets high standards of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for being central and convenient, with easy access to local amenities and the town. The secure parking is repeatedly mentioned as a significant benefit, despite some comments about tight parking spaces.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the apartment well-furnished, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, some guests mention that the seating could be more comfortable, and there are mixed reviews about the firmness of the mattresses.

The apartment is well-equipped and maintained, with guests appreciating the bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor space. Some reviews suggest the need for minor repairs and additional kitchen utensils, and there are comments about issues with white goods that could be addressed to enhance the experience.

The thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs with teas and coffees, are well-received by guests, adding to the property's charm. While these gifts are appreciated, it is politely noted that such extras, while delightful, are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

You supplied everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the beds were very comfortable with quality bed linen. The terrace was also much enjoyed. Our only suggestion was that an extra towel rail would be very useful when there are several wet towels after showering. Other than that, we thought the apartment was super and would recommend it to anyone.

It is a beautiful apartment in a brilliant location, very close to all Dartmouth has to offer. The property was spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The patio area is a real bonus, as is having an allocated parking space. Highly recommend a stay there.

Location, facilities, outdoor space, all spot on. Thoughtful touches such as providing toiletries, extras in the kitchen, and welcome packs were really gratefully received. The only things that could be improved, which have been mentioned before in the reviews, is the settee and the armchairs. They are very low, very hard, and the arms are too high. They are really uncomfortable, especially for the older generation - so much so - my mother couldn't sit in them at all and triggered sciatica. A real shame. The glass in the lounge door has blown and needs replacing as you cannot see out of it.
