Guests appreciate the property's excellent location, tasteful decor, and quality furnishings. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding are highlights, contributing to a delightful stay. Some guests suggest minor improvements in maintenance and facilities, but overall experiences are positive, with many looking forward to returning.
The property is generally praised for its cleanliness, with mentions of it being 'spotlessly clean'. However, there is a single complaint about a mouldy non-slip shower mat, suggesting room for improvement.
The location is highly regarded, being close to shops, restaurants, and the harbour, yet quiet and secluded. Its central position in Dartmouth is a consistent positive across reviews.
Comfort is well-received with a very comfortable bed and quality mattresses noted, though there are comments about an uncomfortable sofa and a desire for additional bathroom furnishings.
Facilities receive mixed feedback. Positive remarks about the well-equipped kitchen and stylish bathroom contrast with suggestions for additional hooks, better cleaning equipment, and a comment on an expired smoke alarm battery. As there are no reviews that directly address all aspects of facilities and maintenance, a definitive score cannot be provided.
The property is described as thoughtfully refurbished, and a welcome hamper is mentioned, though it's noted as basic. As gifts are not consistently referenced, and to maintain politeness, it's important to note that such amenities are not guaranteed and may vary.

Very close to shops and restaurants. Everything was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our visit to Dartmouth very much.

When we arrived our car was parked in the very tiny street when we got into the flat we couldn't find the parking voucher for Mayor CP. Eventually it was found on a chair under the dining table tucked in. Cars were in the street waiting to pass. The shower curtain makes it very difficult to have a shower without soaking the floor at the tap end. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay thank you.
