There is an allocated parking spot as well as additional guest parking and is only a short walk from the town centre. The apartment features a spacious entry hall, with a convenient coat rail. Just off the entry hall are two double bedrooms, each with zip/link king-size beds. The sleek bathtub with shower over completes the first floor. The living/dining/kitchen area can be found on the second floor featuring contemporary furnishings such as plush seating, feature fireplace, along with a Smart TV; the perfect place for unwinding after a day of sightseeing! A circular table adequately seats four people, the well-equipped kitchen is adjacent and offers a variety of appliances such as a handy washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric oven and hob and fridge. Upstairs on the second floor is a further bathroom with a walk in shower. Dartmouth benefits from spectacular coastal walks and beautiful nearby beaches alongside the buzz of the vibrant town centre, which is filled with pretty narrow walkways, boutique shops, art galleries, a huge selection of delicatessens, cafés, bars and restaurants; it is equally appealing in the winter as it is in the summer. Dartmouth stages events such as the Music Festival in May, the Regatta in August, the Food Festival in October and Candlelit Dartmouth in December, whilst the Flavel (Arts) Centre has an ever-changing programme of live events and cinema. The small Highland village of Muir of Ord, based on the North Coast 500, lies close to the Beauly Firth and is conveniently situated for easy access to the village of Beauly, town of Dingwall and the capital city of the Highlands, Inverness, some 15 miles to the east. The village of Muir of Ord is a peaceful location to explore the Highlands, with all the required amenities – butchers, bakers, chemist, petrol station, pharmacy, and Co-op. Another major attraction is the Glen Ord Distillery and Visitor Centre, a 5 star award-winning visitor experience, which is open all the year round and well worth a visit. Locally, there is Muir of Ord golf course and an abundance of nice cycle routes and walks including Ben Wyvis. Just a few miles away the village of Beauly offers a quality shopping experience, where visitors can find the finest Scottish tweeds, knitwear and crafts as well as a number of intimate hotels and cafes.
The whole area known as ‘The Black Isle’ has some of the prettiest scenery in Scotland with stunning glens where flora and fauna abound. Nearby Glen Affric, a National Nature Reserve, has been called the most beautiful of all the Scottish glens, and is an ideal location for walkers and cyclists with quiet tracks leading you off road and deep into the glen.

The apartment is very comfortable and so well fitted out. On bad weather days as we returned to no 39 we always commented on how cosy and welcoming it felt.

Would love to stay again. Perfect for our family of 4. Would have been nice to have been able to open the windows a little wider as it was quite warm upstairs. Perhaps have some fans available to use if this isnât an option.

For there information the hot tap at the kitchen sink sometimes doesnât work as it should . More information about appliances is required. The stays on the kitchen window need re fixing and window needs adjustment very minor criticism. The location is perfect
