4 Dartview is a bright and beautifully presented first floor flat, boasting spectacular views over the River Dart and out to sea. The property has been fully refurbished and renovated in recent years, providing stylish and contemporary holiday accommodation. Centrally located to Dartmouth town, within close proximity to the South West Coast Path. Just a short drive from the beaches of Start Bay, the property is perfect for a couple or younger family looking to explore Dartmouth and its surrounding area.
The communal entrance to Dartview offers two short flights of stairs up to the accommodation itself. The open-plan living accommodation (kitchen/sitting/dining room) is bright and airy, boasting stunning views. The modern kitchen is well equipped, and includes an electric fan oven, grill and four ring hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting/dining area is comfortably furnished with cosy sofas, Freeview TV/DVD unit, and a glass-topped dining table in front of the bay window. Full Fibre WI-FI available . The property has two bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room, and the second bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be split into twin beds (2'6") on request. Additionally, there is a further bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Guests enjoy the benefit of an allocated garaged parking space. Please note this space is appropriate for MEDIUM to SMALL CARS ONLY.
Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
