V practical layout, excellent facilities. Very good value for money. Beds a bit soft for us (but that's a personal thing). Excellent location for nipping into Dartmouth in 2mins on foot. Enjoyed the view over Dartmouth town and beautiful old trees outside. Nice patio, very private considering at front of the house, better than the pictures. Would recommend this house unreservedly!

The directions to the cottage need to change as we spent a long time trying to get to the cottage , the 6 â wide restriction ( concrete bollards) caused us problems, they presented too much of a risk of damaging the car. We eventually ( after having to reverse down steep narrow streets) found a way to the opposite end of South Ford Road off Victoria Road and dropped off our baggage. The parking permit was great there after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the cottage was excellent.
