There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.
The location is consistently lauded for its central position, excellent views, and convenience to shops, bars, and restaurants. The proximity to local attractions and the ease of access to the town's charm and history contribute to a high score.
Guests find the property spacious and comfortable, with large bedrooms and a living room that accommodates many people. The ample hot water supply for showers adds to the comfort level. A slight deduction is made for the mention of extra beds/sofabeds, which may affect comfort.
The property offers fabulous views and plenty of space. However, there are some maintenance issues mentioned, such as poor TV reception, kitchenware in need of replacement, and a fridge door that doesn't close properly. These issues lead to a lower score.
There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category. It should be noted that such amenities are not guaranteed.

Great location and plenty of space within the property for people to relax. Short walk into the town and all the amenities. Great views of the estuary from all rooms. Having two teenagers with us the wi-fi was essential and very reliable. Nice to have a smart TV in all bedrooms (again helps with 2 teenagers!!). Would definitely recommend

Beautiful accommodation in a first class location. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but the walk to mayors avenue car park isn’t too far if you have to park there. The views across the river are amazing and the property is closer to the local shops, bars and restaurants than we realised.

We have stayed at the property previously so knew what to expect but it could do with safer knives as the handles come off, there’s no chopping board (eg for onions) and the fridge door doesn’t close properly. However my sisters and I love how spacious the property is, and the great location. We’re missing it already!
