Harbour Heights is a well-equipped cottage with stunning views and a central location in Dartmouth. Guests appreciate the cosy atmosphere, the property's charm, and the convenience of local amenities. The challenging access and steep climbs are noted, but often seen as worth the effort for the rewards at the top.
Most guests found Harbour Heights clean and well-maintained, though some noted issues with dust, dirty kitchenware, and a need for a deeper clean in certain areas. The majority of feedback, however, suggests a satisfactory level of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its spectacular views and proximity to local attractions. The steep access and steps are mentioned, but many guests feel these are a small price to pay for the cottage's excellent position and the views it offers.
Guests generally find the cottage comfortable, with a warm and cosy atmosphere. Some guests mentioned issues with beds and a smell in one of the rooms, but overall, the comfort level is regarded as high.
The property is well-stocked and equipped, particularly the kitchen. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as non-working lights and appliances, which suggests room for improvement in this area.
