It's within an easy commuting distance of other main towns within Devon, Torquay, Brixham, Paignton and Totnes. This holiday home provides parking for one car, perfect for a family or friends looking to stay in this area. 

Size: Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms

Beds: 1 double bed and 2 singles.

Rooms: Living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Kitchen & Utilities:Large fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Entertainment: Smart TV, DVD Player

Outside: Communal garden. Four garden chairs provided. Parking for one car.

General: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels), no smoking, no pets. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

    Everything was absolutely perfect. Such a gorgeous little chalet, very comfortable for me and my family. I would highly recommend to anyone…we had everything we needed, the chalet was spotlessly clean and it was a great location just a short drive away from Dartmouth park and ride. We will definitely be back in the future!

    A fantastic property in the perfect location to visit Dartmouth town, Paignton, Totnes, Torquay and more. The chalet is well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome tray with tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk was very welcome after a long drive. A thorough and detailed welcome pack provides all the key information needed for the chalet and the local area and contains some excellent top tips. We slept brilliantly and the children were very comfortable too. The owners couldn’t do enough to support us and even arranged postage of forgotten items after we left. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
