The outside space was exactly what we wanted, our dog could roam in and out, and we could sit outside for breakfast or a few drinks in the evening. The decor and facilities were fab, once you negotiated the steep staircase, everything was on one level. We would highly recommend this place.

I would state, anyone with mobility issues may struggle with the steps up to the apartment.

Messages or WhatsApp took at least a day to be replied to, and it's quite impossible to speak to a human on the phone. After arriving and getting the local office details, all was great. We had an electrical issue at the start of our holiday but the local office dealt with it really quickly and made repairs while we were out, and we had no further problems during our stay. Simples was perfect for us and our dog. We loved it there. It has been finished to a high standard, is well equipped and comfortable. It is right in the centre of town and convenient for just about everything. The small courtyard garden is a real bonus. Be aware it is very close to a lovely old church, with a chiming clock. This really didn't bother us and we slept really well, but it could bother some. Also the entrance stairs are fairly steep, but again this wasn't an issue for us. In fact we didn't want to leave, and are already thinking about booking Simples again for next year.
