The location is frequently highlighted for its spectacular views and proximity to the beach and Burgh Island, making it a highly desirable aspect of the property.

Guests find the beds and sofas comfortable, and the presence of en suite bathrooms adds to the overall comfort. However, suggestions for a larger bed and the presence of a faulty light in a wardrobe indicate minor comfort issues.

Comfy beds, good shower and plenty of space to relax. The icing on the cake is the balcony with amazing views of the sunset and constantly changing outlook with the movement of the tide. So good that we’ve already booked again for next year! Yes, the internet is slow, but that’s a minor issue, with so much else to see and do. Highly recommend the on site restaurant, Matt cooked us some delicious meals. We also ate lunch at the Venus cafe, the Greek salad was great. Just one point that needs attention - the light in the double room wardrobe is faulty, it was flashing constantly when the door was open. Tricky for migraine or epilepsy sufferers. Thank you to the owners for providing us with a superb location for our holiday.

Everything you could want from a holiday let has been thought of. Just need to sort the wi-fi to make it perfect.
