Bearscombe sits a mile and a half from Kingsbridge which has shops, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. Estuary access for watersports enthusiasts is less than half a mile, and there are miles of scenic paths and lanes to explore. Half an hour away sits the historic town of Dartmouth and beautiful Dartmoor is a fourty minute drive away, and Woodlands leisure park is a great family day out. For golfing enthusiasts there are 3 courses within 10 miles, all of which offer a great challenge and are very welcoming to guests. The glorious coastline of the South Hams offers walks and beaches with breathtaking scenery, including Burgh Island. Bearscombe West Wing offers a great base to explore and enjoy all the area has to offer, a week may not be long enough.

Door into kitchen diner, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, American style fridge freezer, dining table with seating for 8, log burner, TV. Door to garden. From hallway, stairs to first floor, Master bedroom, king size bed, TV including sky, armchair. Family bathroom, shower cubicle, bath with attached handheld shower, handbasin and WC. Bedroom 2, Super king (twin on request at time of booking), sofa bed, feature fireplace. Two steps up to Bedroom 3, twin (superking on request at time of booking) occasional chair. Lounge with armchair, large 3 seater sofa and large 3 seater L shape sofa, TV with sky, DVD, log burner.
