Hall; 4 steps down to height-of-house living room (woodburner) with plenty of natural light, TV/DVD, glazed doors to garden; fitted kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge-freezer) with tiled floor, farmhouse table/chairs, glazed doors to garden. Three bedrooms on the ground floor – a double (6' zip-linked bed) with en suite shower and washbasin, and two twin (truckles); bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Open tread stairs up to a pretty double bedroom and gallery landing with VDU/DVD/video; shower-room (suite, 5’8" ceiling above shower). Arrival after 4pm. Sleeps maximum of 6, including babies. A great family house within a few hundred yards of a good pub.
