This is a great property to stay in, for a week. The view is amazing, the house makes the most of it. Local amenities aren’t far away, and it’s a pleasant walk to the ferry to go across to Dartmouth. There’s lots to do in the area, or not, if you want to quietly relax. Great for dogs and walking. The house is in a really quiet area, minimal traffic, vehicular or pedestrian. The walk up to the house is quite steep, depending on which route you take. Overall, a brilliant week, in a great house.
Mrs Golby
A lovely property with beautiful views to Dartmouth. Comfy beds. It is spread over several floors so more stairs than we imagined but if you are fit and able a great property and location.
Mrs Street
We loved the house, great location and wonderful views but there is an issue with noise in the bedroom below the living room. The slightest noise, even just creeping across the living room floor reverberated loudly in the bedroom. Love the wooden floor but perhaps rugs might help with the noise. We had a couple of early risers in our party so made things difficult.
