Spacious, well equipped and those views! Blackout curtains in the en suite bedroom would be a bonus. Nicola at Coast and country was very helpful.

Apart from an electric shower over the bath. This was challenging with 7 guests . The front of the property was delightful beautiful balcony lounge bedroom . Back three rooms face the road and are next to JackWills restaurant which is very noisy as people leave . Bottles collected at 5am lots of noise . We were compensated for lack of hot water but felt the amount was not enough . As the disruption to the holiday was a real pain . We realise that the lack of hot-water was beyond the owners control but more contact from Sykes would have been very helpful .

Only issue for us is having to go to the office in Island Street to collect and return the keys. Would prefer to do what other apartment guests do and drop in the key safes provided in the lobby area??
