Resting in the centre of the beautiful harbour town of Salcombe is this third-floor apartment 32 The Salcombe, offering up to four guests a brilliant base for exploring the delights of Devon. The apartment resides within ‘The Salcombe’ apartment complex on the waterfront and benefits from spacious communal gardens, a secure parking space and even a seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool. Enter into the open-plan living space and discover a kitchenette offering the perfect pit-stop with its breakfast bar and seating for four; perch here and indulge in a tasty meal while looking out at the stunning seaside view. In the sitting area you can relax on the double-sprung sofa bed while enjoying a film on the TV with DVD player, whilst doors lead out to the balcony providing you with a fabulous view of the main anchorage. Discover a well-equipped bathroom complete with a bath and an overhead shower, while the bedroom is home to a king size bed. The Salcombe apartments enjoy exclusive use of the seasonal private outdoor swimming pool, great for cooling off on a hot day, as well as communal gardens to relax or sunbathe in, a secure parking spot in the car park and each apartment has a mooring space available in the pontoon. Explore the pretty town of Salcombe, visiting the local and independent shops for souvenirs and dining out in the many excellent restaurants and eateries. Visit Salcombe's two beaches, North Sands and South Sands, for fun days on the coast, or head out to sea on a boat trip whether with your own vessel or a hired boat, to see the lovely coastline from the water. Catch the passenger ferry over to the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth or decide to explore the South West Coast Path on foot, fining hidden coves and quiet beaches along the way.
