With magnificent views of the main anchorage and beyond, this charming property is the perfect base for a South Devon coastal break. A third floor apartment sleeping up to six guests, this property is the ultimate family escape. From the hallway step into the living/dining room, with French doors opening out onto the beautiful balcony with the fantastic views providing a spectacular backdrop. The perfect place for spending time with loved ones in a stunning setting while dining alfresco. Moving past the snug sitting area where you can relax into your evenings on the plush white seating arrangement is the dining area with the well-equipped kitchen adjacent, hosting all the essentials for home cooking when you're not indulging in the fresh local seafood, this kitchen makes cooking a delight. As nights draw to a close you and your loved ones can rest sleepy heads and tired legs in the two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room, with the family bedroom (separate from the main apartment across the corridor) also boasting an en-suite shower room as well as a king-size bed and bunk bed, it offers flexible sleeping arrangements for a variety of group needs. In addition to the access to communal gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool, the private pontoon is accessed through the front of the garden and the slipway through the lower car park. a great way to soak up the sunshine during the Summer months. Just paces away from the property are a plethora of places to eat and drink, with some restaurants serving freshly caught seafood for those special occasions and cosy pubs for those more casual evenings. Explore the estuary before uncovering the town’s past by visiting maritime museum or heading to the nearby beaches of North Sands and South Sands. Alternatively, travel slightly further to the National Trust property of Overbecks to admire the subtropical gardens or hop on board the ferry, or your own boat moored in the private pontoon to spend the day at the sandy beaches at East Portlemouth. Other attractions within the area include the nearby town of Kingsbridge with its picturesque estuary and variety of shops, restaurants and galleries. Salcombe 37 is a wonderful base for exploring this wonderful area with your loved ones.
