This luxurious space also includes a convenient kitchenette, en suite shower room, and large sliding windows that open onto the terrace, making it an extraordinary retreat.
The second bedroom can be set up as either a super king or twin and boasts an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, and WC, along with casement doors that open onto a balcony.

This property was perfect. Hosts were always on hand and helpful. Location in the heart of Salcombe but when sitting in the garden it feels very secluded. So best of both worlds. Looking forward to staying again

'The Printworks' was an amazing house. Looked just like the pictures and was a great space for us as a group. The kitchen had everything we needed for a huge cooked breakfast together and we also made the most of the great BBQ that was available. The house was really clean and the guest book with instructions for everything was useful. We were so impressed with the modern bathrooms and house finishes, with each room also being a good size with plenty of bathrooms so no one was shortchanged. Beds were extremely comfy and we enjoyed watching some TV on the projector! The location is fab - literally a few steps from shops, pubs and ferry port so all amenities are easily within walking distance.
