Guests appreciate the stunning views, prime location, and dedicated parking of '35 The Salcombe'. The property is praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and the addition of a pull-down bed. While some guests mention issues with ventilation and the key collection process, the overall experience is enhanced by the property's proximity to local attractions and the bonus of a heated pool.
The property is generally well-regarded for its cleanliness, with guests noting it is kept to a good standard. However, there are comments about the need for carpet shampooing and a cleaner vacuum, slightly affecting the score.
The location is highly praised for its spectacular waterfront views and central position in Salcombe, with the added convenience of a parking space and proximity to local amenities.
The property offers a comfortable stay with a luxury feel, though some guests found the sleeping arrangements, such as the sofa bed and bunk beds, less than ideal for adults, impacting the comfort score.
Facilities like the heated pool are a hit, but there are mixed reviews about maintenance issues such as slow kitchen sinks and the need for better ventilation. The ease of key collection is also a noted concern.
There is no mention of gifts or additional thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

There is only the patio doors for ventilation these are either open or shut with no way of providing other air flow. Consequently it can become stuffy. It was clean generally. But the carpet needs shampooing and the vacuum cleaner needs a thorough clean. Pick up and particularly return of the key is a real pain given the one-way system in Salcombe. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay at 35 The Salcombe.

We loved our stay!

Came up to our expectations. Great view of the estuary and central location. Some small details... There were plenty of mugs and tumblers but could do with a few more wine glasses (I guess they get broken easily). We asked for a second set of keys which were provided, there are numerous doors etc which require a key fob in the building so each of us needed a set of keys at all times.
