The rest of the spacious accommodation is presented over three floors with four good-sized bedrooms (two of which have en suite bathrooms), an additional family bathroom plus two cloakrooms, utility area, a ground floor space for storing wetsuits and beach equipment, plus a small outside courtyard and private parking for up to three cars - almost unique for central Salcombe!

There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.

A pest control man was sent once. We have stayed at this property 3 times as was very disappointed with no response from the owner despite 3 attempts to contact them through yourselves. So far no apology or compensation received.
