Snaptrip says

Seascape in Salcombe is highly praised for its stunning views, comfortable furnishings, and well-equipped facilities. Guests appreciate the property's privacy, terraced gardens, and multiple outdoor seating areas. The challenging access due to steep stairs is noted, yet it's seen as a healthy trade-off for the property's offerings.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is generally well-maintained, though there was an isolated mention of an issue with the en suite shower not draining properly and bins not being cleaned sufficiently. These seem to be exceptions in an otherwise clean environment.

The location is ideal, offering amazing views and proximity to both the town and North Sands Beach. The walk up from town is steep, but this contributes to the property's excellent vantage point.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with special mentions of the comfortable beds and the cosy window seat for reading and enjoying the view, even during rainy weather.

Facilities are high-quality and comprehensive, including a high-tech oven and a Nespresso machine with frother. There was a minor issue with the en suite shower, but overall, the facilities are well-regarded.

While the reviews reflect a thoughtful arrangement of the property to ensure guest comfort, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

We had to clean the barbecue before we could use it and again afterwards as this was a requirement. Obviously previous people hadn’t done this as it was rather dirty. Also the instructions regarding the rubbish collections were confusing and gave different days and details. Otherwise we had a wonderful holiday here.

It was even great in a rainy week! The window seat for reading and watching the water, was fantastic and the bedroom stunning! We hope to return again.

Beds were very comfortable. High tech oven which took a bit of getting used to, great gas hob and excellent range of cooking utensils etc. A bonus to have two parking spaces as rare in this fantastic coastal town. The steps were a challenge, but good for health and working off lovely food from Salcombe pubs. Only issue was with en suite shower, not flowing away despite using the plunger we found in a cupboard, we did report this and the bins in kitchen had not been cleaned sufficiently so smelt of rotting fish and were wet with food juices under the bin bags. We still had a wonderful holiday and hope to return again.
