Several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including dust and uncleaned areas, which suggests room for improvement. However, some guests found the property clean, indicating inconsistency in cleaning standards.
The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to the town centre and the convenience of private parking, making it an ideal base for exploring Salcombe.
Most guests find the property comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. However, some mention that mattress protectors could be improved and that the hot water supply can be insufficient for larger groups.
The property is generally well-equipped, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as broken appliances and the need for a refresh. The responsiveness of the maintenance team is noted positively.

Light and spacious. Pretty garden area . Bathrooms need shelves as nowhere to put toiletries other than on the floor. Some non stick saucepans need replacing as Teflon has chipped away. A lovely week!

Beds comfortable, towels lovely and soft, property was clean, kitchen was well equipped and it is in a great location. There were a few maintenance issues but nothing that affected our stay and these were fed back to Coast & Country. A floor plan on details would have been helpful before booking. We booked for 7 adults and only slight issue was bunk room - this is more suited to small children rather than older teenagers. All in all, would definitely recommend this property.
