2 Rockmount in Salcombe offers stunning views and a convenient location for exploring the town and surrounding areas. Guests have appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfort of the beds, with some enjoying welcome treats. The property's elevated position requires navigating steps, which provides a good vantage point but may be challenging for some.
Reviews on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests finding the property spotless, while others reported it as dirty and dusty. The inconsistency suggests room for improvement in this area.
The location is highly praised for its great views and proximity to Salcombe and local amenities. The steep steps and parking situation are noted, but the location's benefits seem to outweigh these challenges.
Guests have found the beds comfortable and the living space adequate. However, some have mentioned that the furniture and fittings are dated, and the property could benefit from modernisation to enhance overall comfort.
Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and an amazing shower. However, there are reports of maintenance issues and a lack of certain expected amenities, such as a functional TV and BBQ, which affects the score.
