Accommodation:

A stable door leads directly into the spacious, extremely well fitted kitchen diner with a fine range of shaker style units, 5 ring gas hob, eye level double ovens, extractor hood, integral fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area has a large farmhouse table with 6 chairs, a feature butcher's block and double glazed doors open to the courtyard garden. Door to the sitting room, attractively furnished with two large sofas, wide screen TV with DVD, Dab micro HiFi system and a wood burning stove. A side corridor gives access to the courtyard and has space for boots and coats. Utility room with washing machine, sink and a smart downstairs shower room with large corner shower, basin and WC. Stairs from the sitting room to the landing (with fitted stair gate) and bedrooms that all have wood laminate flooring with rugs. Large double bedroom with attractive 6ft wrought iron bedstead, white painted furniture, dual aspect windows and a fireplace inset with a wood burner. Twin bedroom with 3ft twin pine beds and large pine wardrobe. Second double bedroom with a pretty white 4ft 6in wrought iron bedstead and a rocking chair. The smart contemporary bathroom has a double ended tub with central taps, ceramic bowl, separate large corner shower and WC.

Outside:

A gate leads from a front parking area to a courtyard at the side of the cottage, which is totally enclosed, paved, very sunny and equipped with table, chairs and parasol, a private spot to enjoy al fresco meals.

Parking: For one large car or two small cars in enclosed area in front of the cottage. Further on road parking available in the village.
