It's rare to find a coastal holiday home with will accommodate 16 guests, with stunning sea views, eclectic interiors and the beach just a couple of hundred yards away... but we've done it!

Inner Hope House is an absolute gem. This individual property is right at the heart of the laid back fishing village-cum-trendy beach resort of Hope Cove where everything is just a little slower and a little more relaxed.

This stunning holiday home with its Scandi-style interiors has 10 en suite bedrooms, professional kitchen, relaxed dining and outdoor BBQ linhay. The cool laid back vibe hits you as you step inside. The large hallway is a beach lover's dream with an array of wetsuits, boards and other water sports paraphernalia just waiting to be grabbed. Step into the vast living and dining room, complete with wood burning stove for the cooler evenings and occasional tables stacked with board games and books. This is the perfect chill out zone with comfy sofa and Ercol style chairs. The room seamlessly morphs into the dining zone with its vibrant orange tables and benches for socialising and getting everyone together for dinner, there's even a bar and a professional kitchen. This amazing space is flanked by large windows to the seaward side of the room letting the sunshine flood in and framing the most amazing sea views.

Inner Hope House really is a step ahead of its time - not only is the luxurious laid back accommodation perfect for relaxed holiday living, there's just so much space! There's somewhere to park the kayak and the paddle boards and stunning sea views from many of the rooms so you can check out the conditions before making the 200 yard stroll to the water.

But it's the people you share a holiday with who make it so special - and no one is going to turn down an invitation to party at this lovely spot. The owners, Oli and Alexandra Barker live nearby and will cook for you in the professional kitchen if you want them to, or just leave you to your own devices. But what could be better than just leaving the leg work to them and relaxing on the beach with a glass of fizz, while the aroma of the most delicious barbecued fresh fish and lamb steaks wafts in the air.

So if you're celebrating a big birthday or a family celebration, do it in style with the option of catering thrown in (at an additional cost). And it you don't have a big celebration coming up then it's a great excuse to get together with friends or family and simply chill to the sound of the waves.

No smoking inside the house.

There is a professional kitchen in the house and the owners will prepare your meals for you and be in touch with costings for this. Please note that use of the kitchen is not included in the rental.
