The property is well-situated for exploring South Devon, with a friendly local pub and shop in the village. Some guests have rebooked, indicating their satisfaction with the property.

The property is generally well-received for cleanliness, though there are isolated reports of dog waste in the garden and a need for attention to detail. The majority of guests found the property clean and tidy, suggesting a high standard of cleanliness overall.

The lovely garden is fully enclosed, while the kitchen has an amazing amount of equipment – which all works!! There's even a waffle maker! Really, the only negative is the bed in the master bedroom – we found it to be too hard for us, so was somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that, it's a terrific holiday let, set in a charming village and central for all surrounding attractions.

Such a peaceful and private spot! Three generous double bedrooms with very comfortable beds and nice bed linen. Pillows could be better though - too flimsy. Lovely big garden with washing line. Well equipped kitchen, nice modern bathroom. The George Pub which is a few minutes walk away was lovely. Very nice food. We visited many local areas including Dartmouth, Salcombe, Bolberry Down (great for kite-flying!), Totnes, Slapton and Plymouth.

Comfortable beds and very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful wrap around garden. Good location and many places a short drive away. Good parking spot at the front. We enjoyed our holiday.
