Guests say

Little Piccadilly is a well-regarded cottage in Devon, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful touches by the owners. Guests appreciate the high-quality bedding, well-equipped kitchen, and the peaceful, picturesque location. While some mention narrow lanes and limited mobile signals, the overall sentiment is positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The majority of guests have highlighted the exceptional cleanliness of the cottage, describing it as spotless with fresh bed linen. One review mentioned dust and a malfunctioning vacuum cleaner, but this seems to be an isolated incident.

The location is generally appreciated for its picturesque setting and tranquility, with easy access to South Devon attractions. However, some guests found the narrow lanes challenging and the property slightly isolated, which has been taken into account.

Guests have found the cottage to be homely, comfortable, and well-appointed, contributing to a pleasant stay. There are no significant negative comments about comfort, indicating a high level of satisfaction.

The cottage is praised for being well-equipped and having high-quality facilities. Some guests suggested improvements such as better Wi-Fi and a larger fridge, but overall, the facilities meet the needs of most visitors.

The owners are commended for their thoughtfulness, providing welcome packs and parting gifts like fresh eggs and honey. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is politely noted that such gifts, though delightful, are not guaranteed with every stay.

We felt very comfortable there for our holiday. Even on our one very wet day we occupied ourselves with the books, games & a jigsaw ( there was a good choice of everything). Parking at the front of the cottage was fine and close to the entrance door. veiws of the sheep with their lambs, and the countryside from the windows were beautiful. Our only concern was the location, theoretically ideal for access to the south coast, Dartmouth, Plymouth & Totnes areas, but rather alarming to an unconfident driver. The very narrow country lanes, off in every direction from the cottage, meant quite a few miles travelled before any wider road was reached. Hence we restricted travelling to & from the cottage to once a day, ensured we were back before it went dark & were grateful we only had a small car..The owner was very kind, she left us wine, crisps, milk & teabags to start us off & some freshly laid eggs to take home, which were delicious.
