Kingsbridge 4 miles. Little Piccadilly is a wonderful stone cottage nestled in a tiny hamlet, close to the village of East Allington and the beautiful South Devon AONB. Inside, the owner has created a smart and warming retreat for friends, families or couples seeking an escape to South Devon. Be welcomed into an open-plan living space, which offers lovely exposed beams and a light decor, providing plenty of space to relax and curl up with your loved ones. Behind this is a dining table with seating for four, where you can gather for an evening meal, whilst the contemporary kitchen houses all the appliances you could need to cook up some delicious meals. Walk through to one of the two bedrooms, comprising of a double and single bedroom with a truckle bed for any extra guests. Delight in the deluxe shower room with quality fixtures and fittings so you can enjoy a warm soak at the end of a tiring day. Outside there is a shared garden with the owners, please note there is a pond in the grounds. Nestled in the open countryside, yet within easily striking distance of the coast, you are close to a range of popular tourist attractions, all well-worth the visit. Kingsbridge Estuary is an excellent choice for boat rides with stunning views, and is also home to a number of underwater creatures, such as crabs and seahorses. Close to the beautiful South Devon AONB spanning across 60 miles of magnificent coastline and hugely popular for walking and cycling opportunities. Slapton Sands and the nature reserve of Slapton Ley are a short drive. Further afield is the seaside town of Salcombe, where you can visit the Salcombe North Sands beach for a family day out, or sample some of its traditional pubs and restaurants for that fine dining experience. Just a few miles from Salcombe is the wonderful Edwardian house and landscaped gardens at Overbeck's. Travel towards the thriving coastal town of Dartmouth which offers a range of popular tourist attractions including the 14th century Dartmouth Castle and Blackpool Sands beach, perfect for a family day out playing a variety of beach games.
