There was a very nice surprise in the fridge when I arrived: bread, eggs, milk etc. which was very welcome.

Not been cleaned properly on arrival, with bread crumbs under the toaster, dust under the clothes hanger and the floor was indeed of moping. The shower screen door is missing a seal preventing water leaking when having a shower The garage and passageway had been flooded leaving foul smelling water lying on the floor filling the apartment with a terrible odour. The light fitting is hanging out of the ceiling at the bottom of the stairs, the garage door doesn't work and we unable to get the heating to work as it dropped very cold one evening. We very pleased with the booking and admin, it's a pity the accommodation didn't meet the same standards.
