10 Red Rock is a modern one bedroom apartment situated on the first floor. You’ll find a Blue Flag beach a short walk away and the charming coastal town of Dawlish can be reached by a scenic coastal walk.
Internally, the apartment is modern with an open plan living kitchen and dining area. Large French doors provide generous natural light and access to the balcony where you can relax after a busy day.
Dawlish Warren Golf Club is located on the sand spit at the mouth of the Exe estuary and has fantastic views making it the perfect location for a game or two
You can take a leisurely stroll along the coastal path to Dawlish, a charming town situated on the south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town. Don’t forget your camera as you’ll find rare black swans and other wildlife to photograph.
The town’s railway station is nearby, with good public transport links. The historic line runs along the seafront and next to the sandy beach. Dawlish is a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route.

...safe parking. Only downside - although we did not need the heating on as it was very warm we would have appreciated the towel rail in the bathroom being switched on to air the towels after use. Meet and greet with Howard was excellent. Submitted by Doreen on 19/09/2016
