Guests say

Guests are charmed by the cottage's stunning sea views and cleanliness, with many praising its well-equipped nature and prime location for exploring Devon. The property's unique position and the sound of waves add to the experience, although access may challenge those with mobility issues. Repeat visits and the intention to return are common themes, underscoring the property's appeal.

The cottage receives high praise for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning its immaculate condition and the hard work of the cleaner. This suggests a very high standard of cleanliness maintained at the property.

The location is highly regarded for its incredible views and proximity to local attractions and transport links. However, some guests noted the challenging access due to steps and the distance from parking, slightly impacting the score.

Overall, guests find the cottage clean, warm, and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen. Some guests mentioned the bedrooms being a bit tight and the dated TVs, which indicates room for improvement in comfort.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. However, some guests noted the need for repainting and updates to the TV and freezer, suggesting that some maintenance is required.

While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owners. Therefore, this score cannot be provided.

It was immaculate and spotlessly clean, all the appliances worked well, the beds were very comfortable and the owner kindly left us some refreshments to have on arrival which was much appreciated. Everything was perfect and the wonderful sea view from the terrace will stay with us until our next visit. Thank You.

Fabulous location and well equipped. On the list for a return visit!!

There were 4 adults, and we had plenty of room for all of us. The walk down was quite hard, but the alternate route down the sea front and over the bridge was musc easier and quicker. Some reviews complain about main TV in living room, but we had no issues,. Excellent value for money, will definately return again.
