Private sheltered enclosed patio (table/chairs) with barbecue area, far-reaching views and great sunsets. Wildlife, including deer, can often be seen in adjoining fields.
Smart, comfortable open-plan living/dining/kitchen (washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer) with wood floors, leather sofas around an attractive electric flame-effect fire and TV/DVD. Double bedroom. Shower room (suite). Wooden stairs up to mezzanine platform (no door) under the eaves (limited head height) with twin beds. A central location, close to major roads for exploring Devon and Cornwall.
