Closer to your doorstep, explore a variety of landscapes with nearby cycling routes stretching from Dartmoor to the coast. In the summer months, take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool located a mile from your door or skate down to the nearby skatepark. The charming market town of Bovey Tracey is just a 1 mile stroll and boasts a lively bi weekly farmers market and a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Beach enthusiasts will delight in the proximity of sandy shores, including Ness Cove at Shaldon (12.5 miles) or Maidencombe Beach in Torbay (11.5 miles). Enter this beautiful cottage up a set of steps from the garden and kick off your shoes in the porch. Head into the kitchen/diner and find a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to cook up a celebratory meal. The dining table seats guests comfortably and situated just behind the seating area is a useful utility space with a washing machine. Moving through the kitchen, there is a convenient downstairs WC.
