Newly renovated to a very high standard, this versatile holiday accommodation has both an outdoor heated pool and a high-end 6-seat hot tub! This holiday home is designed with couples in mind, or families with children looking for their own space. Located on the outskirts of Appledore, a picturesque fishing village, you will be just a 10 minute walk to restaurants, cafes, delis, galleries and shops, as well as stunning coastal walks. Westward Ho! is just 10 minutes away by car with its long sandy surfing beach and bustling seaside atmosphere.

Accommodation consists of a 1 bedroom annex with good size kitchen and living areas, as well as a two separate en suite bedrooms, part of the owners house, but which feel very private. Every room has underfloor heating. The accommodation has direct private access to the pool area, and guests have exclusive use of the outdoor heated swimming pool, as well as a luxurious hot tub.

In total, 3 bedroom sleep 6 people. All of the bedrooms are en suite, and a sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate 2 additional guests informally, and one small dog is welcome too!

living areas

The annex has a living room with seating for 6 people, and excellent home entertainment. This includes a 42" flatscreen internet TV with Chromecast, BT Vision and Now TV.

There is also a DVD/CD player, and an XBox with a good selection of games. A sofa bed in the annex enables this property to sleep up to 6 people.

The dining table seats 6 people, perfect for dinner parties.

kitchen

The newly fitted contemporary kitchen has everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is an excellent selection of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery (including children’s). There is a washing machine in a separate cupboard. A tumble dryer is available upon request.

bedrooms

3 bedrooms sleep 6 people. There is ample storage space for your belongings, as well as a flatscreen TV in each bedroom. 2 additional people can be accommodated with use of the sofa bed in the annex lounge.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom in the annex, with king size bed and an en suite wet room. This room can be 2 x single beds upon request. Please specify desired bed configuration in the additional information section

Two further double bedrooms are located just 20 yards from the annex, across the pool area. Perfect for couples or teenagers to escape to their own space.

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with king size bed and an en suite bathroom. Sliding doors lead out to the pool area. This room can be 2 x single beds upon request.

Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with king size bed and an en suite bathroom. A real highlight of this luxurious room is the integrated TV - in the bed!

bathrooms

Bath towels and hair dryers are provided.

Bathroom 1: En suite to Bedroom 1. Modern wet room with underfloor heating, Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, wash basin and WC.

Bathroom 2: En suite to Bedroom 2, with large bath, shower, wash basin, WC and underfloor heating.

Bathroom 3: En suite to Bedroom 3. This stylish contemporary bathroom is newly fitted, with an L-shaped bath and shower over, wash basin, WC, and chrome heated towel rail.

outdoors

Few properties have both a swimming pool AND a hot tub! Take a morning dip in the pool, or relax and unwind in the large hot tub after a long day at the beach. The luxurious hot tub has jets, bubbles and lights and can accommodate up to 6 adults. The pool is heated during the summer months, and the 6-seat hot tub is available all year round. The pool area is enclosed. The main property is reasonably secure, but a small dog may be able to squeeze through gaps.

NB - There is no fence or barrier around the pool.

This Swimming Pool Addendum below becomes a part of the Terms and Conditions for the property booked. The property has a swimming pool and/or hot tub located thereon. The visitor(s) will use the swimming pool and/or hot tub at the visitors’s own risk. The owner nor Choice Cottages will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries sustained by the visitor and/or the visitor’s occupants or guests when using the swimming pool and/or hot tub, and the visitor will indemnify the owner & Choice Cottages for any actions resulting from injuries to the visitor and/or visitors’s occupants or guests. The Visitor and all guests are responsible for their own safety whilst using the swimming pool, as it is unattended and the Owner does not provide a lifeguard. Children aged under 16's and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

There is a paddock at the back of the accommodation to exercise dogs, and there is parking space for 2 cars next to the annex, and further parking is available approx. 50 yards away.
