Seagrass is a simply wonderful retreat resting in the outskirts of the riverside town of Bideford. With off-road parking, pet-friendly accommodation, and a bubbling hot tub, this property is ideal for a family, friends, or a couple looking to explore Devon.

Be welcomed into a tasteful, light and airy open-plan living space with a contemporary feel, offering a great selection of amenities and a dining space where guests can enjoy a hearty meal together. Here there is also a plush seating area with a welcoming woodburning stove, ideal for warming your feet on as you recline after a long day of walking.

On the first floor, discover a games room, ideal for keeping the little ones entertained.

Two bedrooms await your rest on the ground floor, serviced by a bathroom. Choose between a double with en-suite shower room, and a super-king-size zip/link bed which can be set up as a twin on request.

When the sun is shining, head out into the garden and dine alfresco, before cosying up into the hot tub whilst enjoying the stars appearing overhead.

Straddling the Torridge estuary, the quaint bustling town of Bideford boasts a medieval bridge, town quay, quaint pannier market and vibrant shopping area - all well worth a visit. For the more active, several major surfing beaches, golf courses, theme parks and other attractions are nearby and the South West coast path passes close by on its way into Cornwall. The beautiful cliff-top fishing village of Clovelly is half an hour by road, and the delights of Exmoor and Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour. Surf the waves, stroll through pretty villages, wander along the Tarka Trail, visit a famous garden or have some fun at one of the local theme or farm parks – it’s all on the doorstep.

Two ground-floor bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, 1 x super-king-size (zip/link can be twin on request).

Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with wood burning stove.
