An extremely comfortable property which is the ideal base from which to explore the delights of Devon and Cornwall. Within 3 miles of the nearest village offering a good range of amenities, including, shop, butchers, pub/restaurant and post office and only 15 miles from the popular Cornish beach resort of Bude, with sandy beach, sea pool and a variety of holiday shops.
